Strange newsletter in the PO Box

Yesterday I found an interesting flyer in the mail box.  It appears to be from the city of Colfax.  It starts with a short segment on improvements for the City's budget.  In the second spot it uses the better part of two pages discussing Sierra Vista Center and its disagreement with the City over sewer fees. Being a resident of Weimar have no position on the topic.  I just thought readers from outside the area might be interested in seeing it.  There was a recent piece in the Colfax Record on this topic City, community center face off over sewer bill If you are interested.
